Maintenance and support
A GRIP Service Level Agreement is desirable to assure continuity of service. In addition to technical support, this agreement also covers GRIP software updates, resulting annually in innovative new features.
Installation and implementation
For installation and / or implementation of GRIP specialist knowledge may be required. Innosec provides technical support services. In addition to initial installation of GRIP, Innosec can also be of service in resolving a broad range of other technical issues
Training
To get the most out of GRIP, proper training is necessary. Innosec provides both standard and custom tailored training courses at different levels; operator, supervisor, application administrator andinstallation/configuration engineer.
